Botany Section Outing - Baubigny Marais
Saturday 7th August 14:15
The Botany Section will look at wet fields and swamp on private land at Baubigny. Meet at the old vinery site behind Les Marais, Baubigny Road, parking available, at 2.15 pm for a 2.30 pm start. Perry's P.10B4.

Historic Buildings Section - visit to La Haye-du-Puits. ALL SPACES FILLED
Saturday 14th August 14:30
Visit to La Haye-du-Puits, by kind permission of Mr & Mrs Barton-Wright. Parking at the house, which is approached from the one-way triangle near Saumarez Park. Meet at 2.30 pm.

Please note that this visit is limited to 20 places, all of which are now filled

Botany Section outing - Bordeaux
Saturday 4th September 14:15
The Botany Section will look at the coast, beach and shingle and small islands at the north side of Bordeaux. Meet at north car park, Bordeaux at 2.15 pm for a 2.30 pm start. Perry's P.11H1.

Open Visit to Sark
Saturday 11th September
This visit is open to all. Please get your own tickets. We will probably be going out on the 10.00 am boat and return on the 6.00 pm. The visit will include the Gouliot Caves.
Meet where the Sark boat docks.

The final lecture in the Royal Society series ‘What’s the point of the Royal Society – a modern perspective’ given by Professor Nick Day, Guernsey’s only living Fellow of the Royal Society. To be held at 8.00 pm at the Frossard Centre, Candie Gardens.
